Our Story
Our father planted the seed of what would become Sergimmo’s when he immigrated from a small town named Torretta in Palermo, Sicily in 1969. Sergio and Massimo not only grew up in the food business but persistently worked to refine and acquired a taste for only flavorful foods. Expanding on the family business they cultivated their talents for pairing fine Italian products for their hungry American clientele and became the Lunch Mecca in Hells Kitchen.
At Sergimmo’s we’ve taken the Mediterranean “diet” and turned it into a lifestyle in the heart of New York City. As a Paninoteca and Salumeria we make each meal with precision and love. No panino ever goes neglected- from Sergio and Massimo’s approval.

We’ve taken the Italian Paninoteca and claimed ourselves as experts. Our gourmet Panninis, are crowd pleasers, dietitian teasers, and so much more! Our selection of cured meats, and slices of European cheeses are always tucked into fresh bread, and secret zestful spreads.
